He has helped leaders live their own hero’s journey, unleash their own inner-hero and help others become the best of heroic leaders.

Every social setting needs a leader that can inspire and empower them. When I say social setting, I mean from self-empowerment to leading teams in a multinational company or even as a leader in the home. Heroic leaders inspire happiness, empowerment, and positive energy.

Whether you want to be better at leading teams at work, leading a specific project, leading your family, or leading yourself in your own life, this show with Eric Rogell will point out how you can tap into your inner hero… the hero that’s in all of us… and become a more effective, more respected, more inspirational leader and most of all, help other people tap into their inner heroes.

About Eric

Early in his career, Eric was the head of product design and development at a large mail-order company. As an art director at an online entertainment company, he taught promotional design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Then served as creative director for several national newsstand magazines. It was at one of those magazines where he honed his editing and writing skills, leading him to put down his mouse, and pick up his keyboard.

His best-selling book, “The Art of War for Dating,” takes the time-tested tactics of the ancient Chinese military genius, Sun Tzu, and applies them to modern day dating, because all’s fair in love and war.

Currently, Eric is the host of the popular podcast, Eric Rogell Talks to Warriors, Lovers, Kings and Heroes, highlighting the lives of real, everyday men who take us on their personal journeys to modern manhood. They share their stories of challenges and obstacles, insights and lessons on their struggles and victories, and how they have become the men they are today. Some guests are celebrities, others are unsung heroes, but Eric finds a way to showcase their most important core qualities and values, giving his listeners a way to not only identify with his guests, but ultimately identify with the “hero” within themselves.

Recently, Eric is preparing to launch The Complete Man Summit, a free, 5-day online virtual summit where more than 30 men – experts and leaders in their industries – come together to mentor and inspire other men.
