There is no one size fits all solution or magic pill for podcast growth. Of the 2 million podcasts out there today only about 750,000 have published an episode in the last 90 days. Why? Someone sold them shortcuts that didn’t work, and they gave up. We’ll get real about what works – when pitching to be a guest, when promoting through social media, and whether grabbing big-name guests like Gary V really does anything for you.
